Corn-Fed Chicken is a whole, bone-in bird supplied under this named product line, prepared and handled the same way as the rest of our whole-bird range. Preparation and weight grade are confirmed at the point of order, in the same way as any other whole chicken we supply.
What it is
Part of our game birds range, sold whole and on the bone alongside our standard numbered grades in the whole chicken range. It follows the same ordering process as every whole bird we hold.
How it is prepared
Whole, spatchcocked, halved, quartered or jointed, confirmed at the time of order.
Typical trade use
This is used for roasting, rotisserie service and jointing in the same way as our standard whole-chicken grades — Whole Chicken 1400 and Whole Chicken 1700 are both comparable if you’re deciding between this line and a standard grade.
Ordering notes
Confirm the weight grade and preparation you need when ordering — as with every whole bird, we supply what’s specified rather than substitute without checking. Ingredient and allergen information is supplied with the goods; confirm the current specification.
