Chicken Fillets 200+ are skinless breast fillets at the 200+ grade, one of our larger fillet sizes. Where a dish needs a fuller-looking piece of breast on the plate, this grade is ordered instead of the standard main-course size.
What it is
Boneless, skinless breast meat from the same fillet range as every grade we hold, sized up from the standard for larger plating.
How it is prepared
Whole, butterflied, batted, diced, strips, or portioned to a set weight, marinated to your own specification on request.
Typical trade use
This grade suits larger main courses, stuffed and rolled fillet dishes, and butterflied portions that need to cover a full plate. It sits between Chicken Fillets 170 and our largest fillet grade, Chicken Fillets 250+. For a bone-in alternative with a similarly generous single portion, Chicken Thighs gives a different texture from the same bird.
Ordering notes
Being a larger, thicker piece, it can take longer to cook through evenly than a smaller fillet — butterflying is often used to even this out. Confirm the grade and preparation when you order. Ingredient and allergen information is supplied with the goods; confirm the current specification.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose grade 200+ over the standard fillet?
Mainly for presentation and yield — a larger piece plates more generously and gives more surface for stuffing or rolling than the standard main-course grade.
Can it be butterflied to even out the cooking?
Yes — butterflying is a common request on this grade specifically because the extra thickness can otherwise cook unevenly.
Is there an even larger fillet grade?
Yes, Chicken Fillets 250+ is our largest fillet grade, used where fillet size is part of the dish itself.
